Topics such as, healthcare system challenges, sugar intake and chronic disease. Prof Scapagnini presented on the topic of NUTRIGENIOMICS AND PERSONALISED NUTRITION. His presentation was on ‘Xenohormetic Nutrient signals that modulate Aging: a complex regulatory network for nutrigenomics research’.
