Our R&D also oversees the development, i.e. optimisation, of processes and their subsequent “scaling up” to an industrial level, often in collaboration with institutes certified in chemical process and safety. In addition, the R&D department focuses on continually reviewing and optimising existing processes, so as to improve yields, quality and the affordability of products, with a view to continual improvement.
